• Day 2 of my nightmare

  Well after hours of throwing a fit, hubby finally got that one area cleaned up last night. Thankfully his pal came over and seemed to have a calming effect on him.

  Then add in these guys blocked me in my house. The dumpster and wood are so close to the house, that the only way out is to climb over stuff! I had to tell the foreman that I need to get to the Dr. and have to get out. He couldn't do much and was going to rip out this little gate thing for us and put it back, but it wasnt' worth the hassel. I just walked on the wood and hubby held onto me.

  Then they broke some wire so there was no power in the garage and my sisters bathroom! He kept saying to hit the fuse. I'm like dude, it's not the fuse, it's shorting out. So apparently he has to call an electrician now. He best have it back on tonight or my sister is going to freak.

  Then the guys left debris all over the place making it unsafe for the kids and hard for my sister to get in. So I told the foreman about that too. I'm not a complainer but hey, we've got kids here and need a pathway to walk.

  So this morning I drank that gross glucose stuff. Couldnt drink the full 10 oz. because I was gagging. I drank what I could and it also took over 15 minutes when they want it down in five!! I told the nurse and they still drew my blood, so hopefully I won't have to do it again. I can't hack it.

  All went good at Dr's as could be. I only gained two pounds, BP not too bad, swelling good but still got the bed rest. She said as it gets closer I'll be able to get up more but to keep up the diet and rest for now. I have an ultrasound next time YAY. Hopefully she'll be cooperative and give me my 3D picture! Of course today she was bouncing around when there are no ultrasounds LOL Stubborn like her father. ;)

  So as I'm typing this I hear someone go into my bathroom. Thought hubby stopped back home. I go out to see why he came home and it's the foreman walking out of my bathroom!!! He left the seat up and didn't wash his hands! EEEEEEEWWWWWWWWw I just went and sprayed everything down LMAO I don't like that at all! Why is he using my bathroom? That can't be happening as we only have one and I'm not sharing it with 20 guys! Maybe he thinks I'm still at the Dr. because he wasn't here when we got back? Either way that freaked me out.

  I told hubby to go buy a big blue tarp from HD today so we can block off the back rooms and have a little privacy to walk in the kitchen. Maybe that will stop them from walking back here. That's the last thing I need is guys walking past my bedroom to the bathroom! That aint' right.

  So they are banging away and I think they will be in my house today to break in to the shell, which they are working on now. I'm trying to think positive because it really sucks, but the results will be good, right? Lets just hope this baby stays put until I'm settled!

  Anyone hear the OJ audio tape? I hope they give him the max!! I'm so happy to see this, I can't even begin to tell you. I love karma, I really do.

  Anyway, I'm going to log off , go in my room and lock the door LOL I have to do a little work tonight so I'll stop back then and hit some blogs. If the ceiling doesn't cave in LOL

  It's begun! I'm happy of course, but too much testosterone around here for me! First, I had been telling hubby to clean up the garage (it's basically all storage and he has a corner with all his sports crap, Tv, radio, etc etc) since the end of JUNE. Well he never did it, only small sections. Last night when he got home from the christening I told him they are coming tomorrow morning at 7, that stuff needs to be gone. He didn't even finish taking the stuff out of the attic! So he's up till 1:30 clearing out the attic, but he never finished the rest of the gargage! I told him HE can go talk to the guys in the morning, that was supposed to be done. Of course he says I don't know anything.

  So they get here promptly at 7am. I got up early and took my shower so when the guys got here, hubby could go talk to them as i wasn't dressed yet. Well around 7:15 he's still in his gay robe drinking coffee (he leaves at 7:45) . I told him he needs to go see if they need anything or if we need to move stuff or what not. What does he do? He goes out to talk to the guys in his gay robe! OMG I am so embarassed!!! My daughter says that we should tell the guys he is just our cousin from Poland LOL.

  Anyway, he leaves for work and these dudes are tearing off the garage roof. Hubby then sends me this email tellilng me to ask these guys all these questions and to make sure they put some tiles they left over from a few weeks ago (when they did my sisters floor) in the dumpster. I'm like there is stuff flying off the roof, a huge dumpster in front of the door, and saws going. I am not going out there in those dangerous conditions to ask them all these questions. It's bad enough the garage is a mess, they probably think we are pigs!

  Then five minuts later some of our power goes off. In the bedroom where I'm on bedrest! I don't know if they blew a fuse or if they cut it for safety. If they cut it, that's fine, but if they blew a fuse, I need them to turn it back on. I call hubby to tell him and he says I should go out in the garage, where they are cutting off the roof, crap falling everywhere, and I should go hit the fuse box!!

  So I'm done dealing with that testosterone. I'm going to call the foreman on my cell (our phone lines are down too because of the power off in garage) and ask him the questions and about the fuse. I'd go out there but they can't see me and are tearing off the roof. I don't want to take any chances. Demolition is always the worst. However, I need to know if our sump pump is still on in front, because I'm doing laundry and if it's off, my sister will flood, which will in turn, FREAK HER OUT. LOL

  What a nightmare! I don't understand why some men procrastinate so much and then get all testy to other guys. All hubby had to do was clean up over a month ago and get prepared. So if his crap broke out there or what not, he best not get mad at the guys.

  I've got a Dr's appt tomorrow very early and have to drink that glucose stuff for my blood test. I can only imagine what my BP is going be! LOL I also hope I don't get sick from that stuff. I have a weak stomach in the morning and that stuff is just nasty. Then they will take my blood before I can eat, which makes me dizzy.

  The good lord is not supposed to give you more than you can handle, right? Pffffffff

  I'm glad OJ is locked up, I'm enjoying it big time! I hope everyone is having a nice day so far. WIsh me luck with these men problems.

  OJ GOT ARRESTED!!!!! YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  LAS VEGAS (AP) - O.J. Simpson was arrested Sunday and faces multiple felony charges in an alleged armed robbery of collectors involving the former football great's sports memorabilia, authorities said.

  Simpson was arrested shortly after 11 a.m., Capt. James Dillon said.

  The charges against Simpson will include robbery with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery and burglary with a firearm, all felonies, Dillon said. More charges could be brought against him, he said.

  Simpson was being held at Las Vegas police offices pending the arrival of his lawyer, who was expected later Sunday, Dillon said.

  "He was very cooperative, there were no issues," Dillon said.

  At least one other person has been arrested and police said Sunday that as many as six people could be arrested in connection with the alleged armed robbery that occurred in a room inside the Palace Station casino-hotel on Thursday.

  Simpson, 60, has said he and other people with him were retrieving items that belonged to him. Simpson has said there were no guns involved and that he went to the room at the casino only to get stolen mementos that included his Hall of Fame certificate and a picture of the running back with J. Edgar Hoover.

  Simpson told The Associated Press on Saturday that he did not call the police to help reclaim the items because he has found the police unresponsive to him ever since his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ron Goldman, were killed in 1994.

  "The police, since my trouble, have not worked out for me," he said, noting that whenever he has called the police "It just becomes a story about O.J."

  The Heisman Trophy winner, ex-NFL star and actor lives near Miami and has been a tabloid staple since his ex-wife and Goldman were killed in 1994. Simpson was acquitted of murder charges, but a jury later held him liable for the killings in a wrongful death lawsuit.

  Police said two firearms and other evidence were seized at a private residence early Sunday.

  Walter Alexander, 46, of Arizona, was arrested Saturday night on two counts of robbery with a deadly weapon, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery and burglary with a deadly weapon.

  He was released without bail on Saturday night, Dillon said.

  Besides the two firearms, police said they seized other evidence during early morning searches of two residences, Lt. Clint Nichols said.

  "It was evidence of a crime that was committed," Nichols said. "And I believe we recovered some clothing that the individual was wearing in the commission of the robbery."

  Simpson said auction house owner Tom Riccio called him several weeks ago to say some collectors were selling some of his items. Riccio set up a meeting with collectors under the guise that he had a private collector interested in buying Simpson's items.

  Simpson said he was accompanied by several men he met at a wedding cocktail party, and they took the collectibles.

  Alfred Beardsley, one of the sports memorabilia collectors involved in the alleged robbery, has said he wants the case dropped and that he's "on O.J.'s side."

  Oh I HOPE he goes to jail!! Yet ONE more reason to LOVE Las Vegas!!! KARMA KARMA KARMA!!!!! WOOT!

  So I just got back from the christening and it went well. Everyone was very nice. I actually pulled off looking ok and hid a few pounds by adding some volume to my hair LOL That and some good MAC makeup! I felt much better UNTIL some cousin, who is also due on the SAME day as me showed up and stood next to me! I Looked like the good year blimp compared to her! I talked to her real quick and got away from her LOL She's not even waddling yet, I was so jealous! lol

  Anyway, it went good, everyone was cool and half the people were not at the church anyway. So that's good. Hubby just dropped me off, now I'm going to eat something healthy and take a little rest. All that worrying for nothing. It must be hormones! Why do we ladies always worry so much how we look? Guys have it easy, they take a two minute shower, get dressed and go. LOL

  Not much going on today besides having to clean/scrub down the entire kitchen. Hubby got into argument with a rodder for the kitchen sink, and i had soot crap all over the place. What a mess.

  So anyone see this thing on OJ? Is this guy a big liar or what? I am praying that his karma will come and they will bust him for armed robbery! I guess the guy who originally called the cops is now pals with OJ again. However, I heard a prosecuter say if the guy doesn't press charges, they can supena (sp?) him to tell the court what happend. If he lies they can get him for perjury. He has no rights to take the fifth as he already made a police report. So let's hope the Prosecuter goes after OJ's murdering butt! I think it will do both families (Browns and Goldmans) a lot of good and feel as if some form of justice has been served. I'll be watching to see what happened!

  Christening is tomorrow. I'm not looking forward to seeing all those people at all. It's just the church so it should hopefully go by quick, then I can come home, rest a bit, and do a few light chores. What an exciting life I have LOL I need to go back to Vegas! ;)

• So much I want to do

  I'm getting real bored of best rest. I'm lucky to be able to get up a few times a day for an hour, but there's so much I want to do. Yesterday, our kitchen sink was clogged so I helped hubby and blew my hour lol. It's still clogged though and looks like he's going to snake it out this evening. I hope so because I need to clean some dishes and clean the countertop off. My highlight of the day lol.

  It's weird because most of us like to lay around and take it easy, I know I do. However, it's just too much. I like my house organized and clean and I'm falling so behind on everything. Sometimes I just don't have enough energy and that's even worse. I'm trying to keep in the back of my head that it's just a few more months. Pretty soon I'll be back to myself, have some energy back (after getting used to those 2am feedings) and slowly things can get back to normal.

  I do enjoy watching and feeling the baby kick though. It's so cool. The baby was doing her aerobics last night lol so I called my daughter in to see it. The baby did a complete flip, so my stomache went from one side to the other. My daughter says "OMG that is so WRONG!" LOL It freaks her out. The hubby says its creepy too LOL I guess it must be a Mom thing to think it's cool. I guess it is a bit weird looking, but I am used to it and enjoy trying to guess what's going on in there. Sometimes I can feel a foot, the shape of it anyway. She's got tiny feet. Again, it is a bit on the creepy side, but it really is a little miracle. I can't wait to see what she looks like!

  Well that's about it for me. Not much exciting going on as usual. I am excited about the addition starting on Monday but also going to feel a bit weird with strangers walking through my house. Thankfully our bedroom is kind of in the back, so I can have a little privacy. I'm just going to have to figure out a way for them to call me if they need me because I really don't want some strange guy standing next to my bed LOL Talk about creepy! I'll figure something out, I'm sure it will work out, just going to have to adjust a little.
